Acceptance

Pelivora Pavilion runs as a sole proprietorship out of Thane, Maharashtra under the trading name Pelivora Pavilion. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and the policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Accounts and access

You may order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

Pricing and payment

Prices appear in Indian rupees, inclusive of any tax that applies. No GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued, because our turnover falls below the registration threshold. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery only.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Where a listing carried the wrong price, we contact you before dispatch so you can accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order

An order confirmation records receipt. The contract between us is formed at the point of dispatch. Grounds for declining an order include exhausted stock, an unserviceable PIN code, a pricing error, or unverifiable details.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

The Shipping Policy covers timelines, charges and coverage; the Refund and Returns Policy covers returns; the Cancellation Policy covers cancellations. All three form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Copy, layout, photography and branding on this site are the property of Pelivora Pavilion unless noted otherwise. Third-party names appear for description alone and remain their owners’ property. Do not reuse our content commercially without written permission.

Liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Pelivora Pavilion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane.
