Questions we are actually asked
Delivery, payment and returns, alongside the shelving and entryway storage questions we hear weekly.
Are wall fixings included?
Only where the supplier includes them, and the listing says so. The right plug depends on whether your wall is brick, concrete or drywall, so we do not claim a fixing suits every wall.
What weight will a floating shelf hold?
Where a supplier states a load rating we print it. Where none is stated we leave the field out rather than estimate.
Does the shelving need assembly?
Most steel and plastic units are tool-free and clip together. Where tools are needed, the listing states it.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.
How do returns work?
Unused, unassembled and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies anywhere in India. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same evening.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable tax, with delivery shown before payment.
Do you charge GST?
No. We are below the GST registration threshold and not registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is shown.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI as a prepaid method, and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. Cards are not accepted and no payment details are stored.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS at dispatch and can be used on the Track Your Order page.
