What we collect and what we do not

Pelivora Pavilion handles personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. This is what that means in practice.

Information we collect

Only what an order requires: name, delivery address, phone number, email. An account additionally holds your order history and saved addresses.

We do not collect card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. A UPI payment is authorised in your own banking app and those details never reach this website.

Why we need it

Your data is used to:

  • process and pack your order
  • arrange delivery and share tracking updates
  • answer support messages about an order
  • meet record-keeping obligations under Indian law
  • detect and prevent fraudulent orders

Sharing and disclosure

We share your name, address and phone number with the courier carrying your parcel, because a delivery cannot happen otherwise. The payment itself is your bank’s UPI infrastructure. No data is sold, and none goes to advertisers.

We may disclose information where a law, a court or a regulator requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Cart and session cookies are all this site sets. Browser blocking is fine, though the cart will suffer. We run no advertising trackers.

Your choices

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • ask us to erase data we no longer need for an order or a legal obligation
  • withdraw consent for messages that are not about an order

Retention

Records of an order live as long as Indian tax and consumer law demands and no longer. Account data is yours to delete on request; support threads are kept a short while after closing.

Children

Nobody under 18 should be ordering here. We collect no data from children knowingly, and delete anything we discover.

Expect acknowledgement within one business day and resolution inside thirty days, as the DPDP Act, 2023 requires.

Where a product page mentions putting something right, that means a replacement or a refund under our returns policy — not a manufacturer warranty claim.
