Packing and dispatch
Floating shelves travel in a long carton with foam end caps so a dropped corner does not split the board. Steel shelving units ship knocked down with the uprights banded together and the shelves stacked flat, and the fitting bag is taped inside the carton rather than left loose. Shoe cabinets and benches are flat-packed with the panels interleaved by board.
Our courier collects once a day, so an order confirmed before 3:00 PM IST goes out that evening and a later one is packed the following morning. We dispatch Monday to Saturday and do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery area
We deliver nationwide, to any serviceable PIN code, out of Thane, Maharashtra. A handful of remote PIN codes are unserviceable, and that is shown at checkout before any money moves.
Everything is sold online; we do not run a shop and cannot offer pickup.
Delivery charges
Spend ₹999 or more and delivery costs nothing. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹49, the same for every PIN code and every parcel size. You see the figure in the cart before paying; we add no handling, fuel or packing surcharge.
Delivery estimates
Delivery is normally three to five business days for metros and five to nine for the rest of India, measured from dispatch. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.
Treat the windows as estimates. Couriers are affected by weather, strikes and public holidays, and we will not promise a date that is not ours to keep.
Following your order
You get a tracking link by email and SMS once the parcel is picked up. The Track Your Order page accepts the same reference. Should tracking stall for three working days, write to [email protected] and we will take it up with the courier.
Cash on Delivery is free to use across most serviceable PIN codes; the remaining few are prepaid-only and shown as such at checkout.
