Cancellations
No charge to cancel before we pack
There is no cancellation charge before dispatch. After the courier has it, our returns policy takes over.
Before your order leaves us
While the order sits at processing — the 1 to 2 business days before pickup — email [email protected] with the number. Cancelling costs nothing, and any prepaid amount is refunded to the original account within 5 to 7 business days, per Reserve Bank of India settlement norms.
Once it has been dispatched
We cannot retrieve a parcel from the courier network. Either refuse delivery or accept it and return it under our returns policy. A Cash on Delivery order that is refused before delivery costs you nothing.
Cancellations by us
There are times we have to cancel, such as damaged stock, a mispriced listing, or an unverifiable order. You will be told the reason and refunded in full, including delivery.
Partial cancellation
If part of an order cannot be fulfilled we can refund that part and send the rest. Say which you prefer when you contact us.
A cancelled order is refunded within 5 to 7 business days, in full, with no charge.
